6th April 2006 (Thurs) - Big Day...

Next Thurs, there will be 2 events occuring for our Unit.

ALL Sec 2 cadets,

There will be a visit to the Police Heritage Center next Thursday. This visit is COMPULSORY and it will help our unit to get UOPA points and also CCA points for you as it is considered an education visit which will be reflected under your Enrichment component of your LEAPS grading.

You will be excused from school assembly to go for lunch and then meet me outside the general office at 2.25pm. You will be dismissed from the Police Heritage Center latest by 6.00pm. The Police Heritage Center is within walking distance of Novena MRT station. The attire will be school uniform.

ALL Sec 1 and Sec 3 cadets,

On this day, the tailors from the Police HQ will be coming down to let you try out the sizes of your new uniform. Please fall in outside Ms Nah's homeroom by 3.30pm that day. A sizing form will be given to you to fill in and once you have tried and indicated your sizes for your uniform and boots, you can leave.

If you have lessons / enrichment etc.. please ask to be excused for 15 mins to just try out your size as the tailor will only come down ONCE. If you miss this session, you will have to travel down to Police HQ in Choa Chu Kang to get your sizing done.

Therefore, attendence is COMPULSORY.

SEC 1 Kayaking Orientation (Updated 30/3/06)

All SEC 1 CADETS

The kayaking orientation will be conducted on 8th April. As mentioned during last Friday's parade, I need all your forms to come in before I can block the date!

If you have lost your forms, please collect a new one from me. This event is COMPULSORY for ALL sec ones. If I do not receive all forms by Friday, 31st March, this kayaking orientation will be postponed till further notice.

Other cadets who are keen to join the sec 1s for KAYAKING ORIENTATION, please collect the forms from my pigeon hole. It's $20 per person and I have only limited places. Slots will be allocated based on first come first served basis.

Cadets who have 1 star kayaking proficiency cert are allow to follow us to Changi Sea Sports Club but you will not be taking part in the kayaking orientation. You can rent your own kayak at your own cost with your friends and kayak around the area.
