19th Batch Hierarchy

ATTN: ALL CADETS

Attached is the hierarchy of your current batch of NCOs. Please look for your respective squad leaders if you need any help.


ATTN Sec 3:

As per discussed in our meeting today, please adhere to the following deadlines.

Respective Squad Leaders:
Please come out with a training plan with 20 trainings.

Upon completion of the 20 trainings, the objective to be achieved will be to ensure that they are ready for their promotion test.

Please submit your training plans to Zhengyang and I (cc: all officers) by the second week of January.


Logistics Department:
Perform a stocktake for our NPCC room and come out with a list using Miscrosoft Word.

Please submit your stock take list by end of 2009.


Administration Department:
Consolidate your cadets particulars for the respective squads (Sec 2 & Sec 3 & Sec 4 2010).

The contact list should include the following details.

• Name
• NIRC
• Contact Number (Home)
• Contact Number (Handphone)
  
• Address
• Email
• Medical History
• Special Diet (Halal / Vegeterian / Etc)
• Next of Kin Name
• NOK relationship
• NOK Contact Number

Please submit this list to us by the second week of January.
