Please look for your respective NCOs if you need any help or advice. Also, you are encouraged to update your squad leaders the problems you/your squad is facing in drills & campcraft so that they can arrange trainings for you. Also, we have allocated a recreation NCO such that we are making sure that you have your equal amount of fun in NPCC!
We are living in a democratic society, let us know what you would like to see in your trainings & we will do our utmost best to offer whatever that is within our capability. =)

We have made changes to the manpower and included your Sec 5 Seniors into the hierarchy. Please do update your seniors on the system that is in place now. They will need to know about the system that we put in place for the submitting of weekly proposals, etc.
Work together and give the best to your cadets. Your efforts will not go unrecognized.
